Review and interpret medical, psychiatric, and psychological testing, interview clients, administer vocational testing, and review and edit final evaluations.  Services also include individual vocational rehabilitation consulting, development, and implementation.  Forensic cases include Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Family Law, and Wrongful Termination.

 

2001 – 2008   Department of Rehabilitation – Riverside, CA

District Administrator–Rehabilitation Administrator II

Administrator for largest district in California, Inland Empire District: San Bernardino, Riverside, and Imperial Counties. Supervised eight offices and 140 professional and clerical staff.  Responsible for budget management, program development, contracts management, and administration of vocational rehabilitation services to qualified individuals with disabilities.

Responsible for administration of professional and administrative staff in Bakersfield and Fresno District.  Supervised all professional case activities as services, coordinated in-service training for Rehabilitation Counselors and administrative staff.  Maintained yearly budget and supervised business/accounting activities.  Responsible for all personnel activities for professional and administrative staff.
