Mr. Rockett is a certified rehabilitation counselor who retired from the California Department of Rehabilitation as a Rehabilitation Administrator II in 2008.  He has been an employment specialist, counselor, supervisor, and District Administrator over a 38+ year span.  He was an Adjunct Professor of Vocational Rehabilitation at the graduate level at California State University, San Bernardino.  He became a forensic vocational evaluator in 2009 in association with Mr. Stoneburner in Lake Elsinore, California.
